How do the sessions operate?
The sessions are between 45 and 55 minutes long and you are encouraged to write notes. They take place over zoom or I offer a walking coaching for locally based clients. In each session we will look at your desired outcome, we explore various options open to you and potential obstacles standing in the way. You will then be invited to find appropriate actions to take you closer to your dream. Bank statements and spending plans will become your routine tools, rather than something to be avoided.
What is expected of you during and after the session?
You will need to come to the session willing to look for answers and be open to learn new things. There may be things you may want to work on between the sessions, this is all entirely up to you. I am not a teacher who will mark you nor an adviser to tell you what you should be doing.
What is the investment?
Coaching is an investment into your wellbeing, such as a membership of a gym or a private health insurance. The price is £495 for a block of 6 sessions, or £95 for a single session. If you are unsure about booking the block, you are welcome to book your first session for £95 and if you decide at the end of the session to carry on I offer the subsequent 5 sessions for £400.
